Return & Exchange
We are sure you’ll really like your CuffsCollars purchase. However, we do realize that at times your mind might change. Our stress-free return and exchange policy is part of our promise to take care of you at every step. After all, we want you to love your look as much as we do.
To return an item for a full refund or exchange, please follow these instructions:
Conditions of Return & Exchange
- The item must be returned unwashed, and unworn with all labels and tags left attached.
- There should be no scent or any marks on the item. Damaged goods will not be accepted.
- If you follow all the Conditions of Return & Exchange, we will refund/exchange your order within 3 days of receiving the goods.
- CuffsCollars will bear the cost of return postage.
Conditions of Order Cancellation
- If you wish to cancel the order before delivery, please contact our Customer Services team within 24 hours of placing your order online.
- If payment was made using PayPal, you will get refunded to PayPal within 2 hours of us processing your refund
- If payment was made using debit/credit card, we’ll issue refund to the same card you paid with. Please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to get back onto your card after we process it.
- In case of exchange, email us your order number and the item you’d like to exchange your purchase with.
- Once you let us know that you want to exchange, we’ll send you a return label
- Please stick it on the parcel and send it back to us
- Once we receive it in our warehouse, we will dispatch your exchange within 48 hours.
- We do our best to ensure that you don’t have any complaints. In case you do, please contact our Customer Services team. We’ll try and sort out any issues at our earliest.
